Fresh Party Salad Platter

  • large plate
  • small cup
  • cucumbers cut in circles
  • tomatoes cut in circles
  • carrot sticks
  • celery sticks
  • dip for veggies

1. Fill the cup with dip, then place it in the center of the plate.
2. Arrange the different veggies around the dressing.
3. Set the platter out for your lucky party guests!

Munchy, crunchy, and healthy!

That sounds yummy, but what do you recommend as the dip to go with the veggies? I have an idea you could try out. Take plain cottage cheese, add any of
several "powders" you can get in the Indian store (e.g., curry leaf powder, sesame powder, gram 'dal' powder, etc, etc.), stir well till smooth, chill before serving, and voila! Should be great. (Would be even better with potato chips, but that's a no-no, I guess!) Shall we do the experiment(s) when I get there?
