Tips, Tricks, and Techniques


Many people think baking is tricky but with the proper tips, tricks, and techniques it is very simple! 

For starters, if you want a healthy dessert you can substitute ingredients for healthier ones. We use flax meal instead of eggs. There are also various egg replacer brands you can try. 

Also, make sure you have the proper materials and ingredients before you start. If a recipe calls for 2 cups of flour, make sure you have your measuring cups and flour. Also have a mixing tool and mixing bowl handy. 

Finally, we like to write down the recipes we use so we can remember them in the future.
